With a view to the continuous improvement of the services provided, it implements an integrated quality assurance system, in accordance with the international quality standard ISO 9001:2015 as well as the environment in accordance with ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018
For the effective implementation of the unified Management System, the company:
• provides sufficient means for its efficient implementation
• provides continuous information and training of its staff
• ensures the continuous monitoring of all stages of the services provided
• has documented procedures for the effective handling of customer requirements
• establishes a system of internal controls, with the aim of identifying and preventing wrong handling
• systematically provides corrective actions in problem areas, with the aim of upgrading and correct operation of the applied Management System
• establishes, monitors and reviews objective quality objectives
• complies with legal and regulatory requirements of national and European legislation.
• implements a mechanism for predicting and dealing with risks and opportunities
• undertakes to protect the environment from any contamination from its activities
• continuous improvement of the environmental management system in order to improve the environmental performance
All employees of the company are responsible for the implementation of the Company’s policy in matters of Quality and Environment. In addition, the Management of the company is responsible for monitoring and upgrading the Quality & Environment Policy at regular intervals, in order to confirm that it remains relevant with the object and effective
